Congratulations to Tania for winning the London Open at the weekend. More tournament info can be found here.

Tania has had a tought time with her knee in recent months but was back in action last week.  Unfortunately she had a sinus infection so lost 3-0, you can read more on her website. She’s back in action next month in Doha, Qatar though as she fallen down the rankings she has to play

Recent injuries means Tania starts the year in the snow ranked 20th in the World Rankings.

A crowd of between 60 and 70 watched Tania Bailey beat second seed Kimberley Hay comfortably, 11-1, 11-7, 11-4. This meant that Tania had won the women’s event for the second consecutive year, and without dropping a game at Boston Squash Club
